Care Closet is an annual charity initiative facilitated by NovoDonna. Established in 2018, Donna wanted to create fashion-focused charity drives that aid females in need. A fellowship of females that get together to create a FREE shopping experience for those in need. In it’s 5th year, Care Closet, along with its sponsors, has worked with impoverished communities within Johannesburg and East London, affording women the opportunity to attend interviews, go to work, attend special life-events dressed in a decent set of pre-loved clothes and shoes, and a girl child to be warm in winter equipped with appropriate clothes and shoes and/or a blanket.
