These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any Products ordered by you on the Site. By agreeing to order a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders and Contracts concluded by or with NovoDonna for the sale and/or supply of Products. When you submit an Order to NovoDonna, give any delivery instruction or accept delivery of any Products, this shall constitute your unqualified acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights (including the right to insist that goods you buy from businesses must correspond with their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality).
To place an order with NovoDonna you must be 16 years or older.
NovoDonna sells their own products but also serves as a platform for both local and international Third Party Vendors to sell their Products to you.
PURCHASING
A sale between you and Novodonna only comes into effect once you have placed an order (an order number is generated) and your payment has been received by Novodonna (or you have sent us the proof of payment);
Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve the product unless the order is completed and payment is made;
Novodonna may remove the product from your cart should the product go out of stock before your order is placed;
Novodonna can’t be held responsible if the product(s) you added to your cart have become unavailable when you try to complete the sale.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The www.novodonna.co.za online store accepts payment for goods via manual EFT Bank payments and via a trusted payment gateway only, i.e. made via the internet – from your mobile banking app or online bank account. This payment method requires you to transfer money directly from your bank account into NovoDonna’s bank account followed by proof of payment sent to Novodonna via e-mail or WhatsApp. Should you wish to order an item but can only pay for it alternatively, i.e, via e-wallet, cash, or other payment methods, please contact us in writing with the item you want so that we can arrange this alternative transaction via our WhatsApp line. All transactions should carry the reference of the order number received via the confirmation e-mail sent upon check-out. Please make use of the banking details provided on your invoice only with said reference if this is the preferred payment method.
Proof of payment to be sent to ch@novodonna.co.za or on WhatsApp on 081 5353 128. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of proof of payment.
We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. Orders are only delivered to physical address, no PO Box addresses are allowed.
Log all returns and queries via e-mail at ch@novodonna.co.za, or on WhatsaApp on 081 5353 128 – a service agent will be in touch with you within 24 – 48 hrs of contact.
Items can be exchanged for another item (and/or size) of equal value
Returns to be logged within 7 days of purchase (including Saturday & Sunday), not a day later.
A refund will only be granted once the item arrives at our studio in the original condition in which you received it And The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached
Any damages caused by the customer will forfeit a cash refund and the item will be returned to you of which you will be liable for the return courier costs
Cash refunds take up to 3-7 working days to be actioned
Non-returnable items:
- Underwear and hosiery
- Swimwear
- Earrings for pierced ears
- Opened cosmetics and fragrances
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product, unless otherwise agreed between you and NovoDonna.
You are entitled to cancel any sale concluded on the Site within 48 hours of ordering and to obtain a refund. You may also cancel a sale where delivery is delayed beyond the stipulated delivery date/timeframe (or where none is specified, beyond 7 days from the order date). Should the item(s) arrive at the same time of cancellation, please allow to receive these so that we can arrange collection and refund your money. Money(s) will only be refunded to you once items are received on our end.
There is NO REFUND on sale items. Sale items will be exchanged for something else instead or a voucher to the same value of your sale purchase amount will be granted if you wish to shop at a later stage.
Coupon codes are only to be used per sale, per account/profile.
DELIVERY
We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Should there be a delay with your order, we will notify you. We deliver to all main areas in South Africa. We will notify you if we cannot deliver to where you are. Outerlying areas may warrant an additional courier charge.
NovoDonna will not be held accountable for incorrect contact and delivery details provided.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
Our standard Delivery cost is R70 per order. For orders over R500, delivery will be free.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED STOCK
If you receive your order and find that one or some of the items are defective or broken, please contact us with pictures of the defective item(s) within 24 hours of receipt so that we can offer you an alternative. This usually includes the option of exchanging for another item of the same value, a refund or voucher/coupon. If your item(s) arrives in good order but break within use of the first 10-15 days of purchase, please report it to us immediately or within 24 hours with pictures and a brief explanation of the issue. If you do not wear your item within the first 30 days of purchase, we do not accept any liability for damage that takes place hereafter and will not replace the goods or refund the items as per our terms and conditions herein.
